Systemic coaching & constellations in Sydney

Coaching Constellations was established in 2009 by John Whittington and has been training coaches and other learning and development professionals in systemic coaching with constellations since. Organic growth from our London, UK home has meant that the trainings are now offered by members of the international teaching team in their time zone and language in French, Romanian, German, Estonian and in English in London, Edinburgh and Seattle. From 2023 John will be leading the trainings in Australia.

In parallel with the trainings in systemic coaching through ‘Coaching Constellations’ John also facilitates personal development workshops for coaches and other people professionals through his organisation ‘Life Love Leadership’.  This combination of professional and personal development will be a feature of his work in Australia where he is offering a mix of trainings and developmental workshops.

The Book

In response to the interest in ‘Systemic Coaching and Constellations’  when it was first  published in 2012, it was updated and published in 2nd Edition in 2016. In June 2020 the expanded 3rd edition was published and offers a comprehensive and yet very practical introduction to the stance, principles and practices of systemic coaching and constellations.

It offers a rich resource of exercises and practical examples of how this methodology can be applied with individuals, groups and teams. Participants of the workshops and trainings – whether new to this methodology or already experienced – are invited to read the book to enhance their learning and experiment with applying it.

Author John Whittington, was invited to teach in Australia by Ingrid and Vivi in 2022.

“I wouldn’t have believed the simple power of this approach had the training not been so experiential. It was excellent and I found the examples very helpful to understand how the methodology could be applied with individuals and teams.”
