Mapping The Field
This training is designed to introduce the systemic coaching and constellations methodology as applied in coaching individuals, groups and teams. It will appeal to those coaches who would like to integrate a practical methodology for respectfully resolving limiting dynamics. You may be a very experienced coach or more recently started on your journey.
What will be included?
The group will explore the organising principles of relationship systems and the application of systemic constellations in executive and leadership coaching. Highlights of the experiential training include:
- A thorough introduction to the stance, principles and practices
- The practical application of constellations in one-to-one coaching
- An introduction to working with teams using this methodology
- An understanding of your own systemic resources and loyalties
Pre-reading
You are required to read the first three chapters of the 3rd Edition of ‘Systemic Coaching & Constellations’ before attending this experiential training. This will expand your systemic awareness, enhance your learning and enable you to apply it.

Continuing Professional Development
Participating in this training will provide each participant with a Certificate in Systemic Coaching and Constellations – Fundamentals Part I, together with 12 hours of ICF ‘Continuous Coaching Education Units’, split 8.5 hours ‘core’ and 3.5 hours ‘resource development’.
Please note
We cannot award a certificate if you miss a segment of the training. If you know you will have to step out for a while, please register for another training group where you are fully available. Thank you for your understanding.
What does it cost?
Fees for this training are as follows:
- Individually funded – you are paying as a private individual, self-employed or freelance coach: £725 (converts to approx. USD $980 and can be paid by bank transfer or Paypal)
- Sponsored – you are attending as an in-house coach, facilitator, behavioural change or organisation consultant funded by a substantial business: £1,200 (converts to approx. USD $1,620 and can be paid by bank transfer or Paypal)
You are welcome to reserve a place on the booking form. Following submission of your application an invoice will be issued for a deposit of £150 (converts to approx. USD $200). Payment of the deposit will secure your place as we fill all trainings on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
Please note: VAT will be charged at the applicable rate. You can find detailed information on the HMRC website. If you would like to know how the VAT rules apply to you specifically, please contact us. For online trainings, 20% VAT is applied if you do not have a registered business.
Your Facilitator
This online training will be facilitated by Oana, a member of the international teaching team. Oana worked closely with founder John Whittington to design and facilitate our online trainings from 2020 onwards. She holds a safe and inclusive space where the experience is embodied and the learning is deep. Oana also facilitates in-person trainings in Romania, Estonia and England. She co-facilitates our annual UK/Europe Practitioner programme.
