Who is this training designed for?
Fundamentals Part II is for those who have completed our Part I training and who are ready to broaden their understanding, deepen their systemic stance and extend their application with individuals, teams and groups in a wider number of contexts.
What is included?
In Part II we explore further ways of offering the approach, including structural constellations used for complex decision making. Structural constellations can be particularly useful when working with clients who are new to the approach.
As well as additional forms to use with teams you will be supported to extend your practice in one-to-one applications, so you leave more deeply resourced and ready to facilitate with your clients.
Part II also includes teaching and practice on the use of resonant systemic language that catalyses lasting embodied change in leadership and professional development. We also explore the impact of personal, organisational and systemic conscience and the hidden loyalties that emerge from each.
There are also several opportunities for participants to facilitate group constellations, in smaller groups.  By facilitating constellations in this way you will be able to understand and integrate the stance, principles and practices more deeply.
This part of the learning journey also touches on the conditions required for organisational health, the coach’s role in supporting its emergence and the development of systemic leadership.

Fundamentals Part II participants are invited to read a substantial part of ‘Systemic Coaching & Constellations’ before attending as this enhances the understanding of the methodology and ability to apply it in practice.
What does it cost to attend this Fundamentals Part II?
Fees for this training are as follows:
- Individually funded – you are paying as a private individual, self-employed or freelance coach: £1,155 (+VAT)
- Corporate – you are attending as an in-house coach, facilitator, behavioural change or organisation consultant funded by a substantial business: £1,848 (+VAT)
You are welcome to reserve a place on the booking form. If you are accepted onto the training an invoice will be issued for a deposit of £250 (+VAT). Payment of the deposit will secure your place as we fill all trainings on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

Continuing Professional Development
Participating in the three-day training will provide each participant with a Certificate in The Fundamentals of Systemic Coaching and Constellations together with 18 hours of ICF accredited (CCEUs) professional development, split 10.5 hours ‘core’ and 7.5 hours ‘resource development’.

Please do not register for a training that you cannot attend in full. If you miss a part of the programme it disrupts your learning, the group and the emergent process. We cannot award a certificate if you miss a segment of the training. If you know you will have to step out for a while, please register for another training group where you are fully available.
