THE BOOK
Participants are required to read Systemic Coaching & Constellations (3rd edition, published in April 2020) prior to the training. Combining your reflections on that with your existing coaching practice, your training in systemic coaching and your experience of belonging in systems, a written reflection is invited from each participant.

“After reading this book it won’t be possible for any coach or consultant to do their job as they used to do.”
Stéphane Rubin, Coach & Trainer, Oxford Leadership Academy
“This learning experience has been one of the most profound I have done. It felt so safe, I learned so much and I have made friends for life. It feels like the beginning of a longer journey rather than the end of a training.”
Joanne H. NHS Clinical Research Network
THE MODULES
Module One
Refresh, resource, expand and practise
The first module, a short residential retreat, is an opportunity for you to learn, connect with others with a similar focus and re-source your personal and professional vitality. After a welcome supper on the first evening the module begins with a whole day refresh of the stance, principles and practices of the systemic coaching approach. This allows everyone to refresh and reconnect with the basics of this practical yet profound method.
Each subsequent day offers deeper insights into the application of this approach in multiple contexts. The days are designed to deepen your awareness of systemic dynamics and your capacity to make systemic coaching interventions in many ways and different settings. You will have opportunities to practise in small and larger groups so that you learn more about how to coach with the whole system in mind and work with the dynamics hidden within.
This module builds deep connections and an embodied feeling of belonging between group members and, as a result, often leads to a vibrant community of learning and practice.
Module Two
Connecting to the field online
The second module, two days online, invites the group to explore and experiment with ways of bringing the approach fully to life online.
The group will also have opportunities to go deeper into understanding teams from a systemic perspective and explore ways to contract and work with teams in this way.
In this module we also explore and illuminate the many different ways we can be recruited by individuals, teams and organisational systems in a way that can entangle us. Understanding the roots of hidden dynamics that can seduce us and what to do about them is key to maintaining an appropriate distance when coaching.
There are many very effective ways of applying the stance, principles and practices of this approach to life online and this module supports group members to practice application in this important area.
Module Three
Consolidate, integrate, blend
The third module, three days in central London, includes an exploration of resources that are available to us as coaches and how to invite the same in our clients.
In this module the group also build a deeper understanding of 'guilt' and 'innocence' and how that impacts coaching and organisational behaviour change.
The module also offers an opportunity to learn further ways of applying the method and integrate the systemic approach with your existing practices and methods so you can find a place for all that you are and bring.
With more opportunities to practise in different contexts and group sizes you will feel prepared to go out into your world and apply the stance, principles and practices with yourself, other individuals, groups and teams.
