Cancellations Policy

Cancellations

  • As we fill each training on a ‘first come first served’ basis, payment of the deposit invoice is the only way to secure your place on the training
  • For cancellations more than 6 weeks prior to the training, a 50% refund of your deposit will be given
  • For cancellations within 6 weeks of the training, no refunds of deposits are available, except in exceptional circumstances

Transfers

  • If you need to defer to another training, we allow a maximum of one transfer at no extra cost providing at least 3 weeks’ notice is given
  • If less than 3 weeks’ notice is given, you will lose your deposit and will need to pay that again for your chosen training
  • If you have already transferred your booking once, and request to transfer again, you will lose your deposit payment and need to pay that again for your chosen training, no matter how much notice is given.
