Mapping The Field
This training is designed to introduce the systemic coaching and constellations philosophy as applied in coaching leaders and teams. It is designed for those coaches who would like to integrate a practical methodology for respectfully improving flow in human systems by illuminating the hidden dynamics and finding the next step-to-better. You are likely to be an experienced coach who is looking for something beyond tools and techniques, something of depth that speaks to the human condition.
What is included
The group will explore the stance, principles and application of systemic mapping and constellations in executive and leadership team coaching. The two days will include:
- An introduction to the practical application of systemic mapping and constellations in one-to-one and team coachin
- Experiential learning designed to clarify your belonging in systems
- Experience of embodied mapping, small and whole group constellations
- Guided practice in the application of one-to-one systemic coaching interventions
- An experiential understanding of the importance of healthy endings and leavings
- An understanding of your own systemic patterns, resources and loyalties
- Professional development combined with personal awakening.
Pre-reading
You are required to read the first three chapters of the 3rd Edition of ‘Systemic Coaching & Constellations’ before attending this training. This will expand your systemic awareness, enhance your learning and resource you to apply it.

What does it cost?
Fees for this training are as follows:
- Individually funded – you are paying as a private individual, self-employed or freelance coach: £760 (+VAT)
- Sponsored – you are attending as an in-house coach, facilitator, behavioural change or organisation consultant funded by a substantial business: £1,260 (+ VAT)
You are welcome to reserve a place on the booking form. Following submission of your application an invoice will be issued for a deposit of £250 (+VAT). Payment of the deposit will secure your place as we fill all trainings on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

Continuing Professional Development
Participating in this training will provide each participant with a Certificate in Systemic Coaching and Constellations – Fundamentals Part I, together with 12 hours of ICF ‘Continuous Coaching Education Units’, split 8.5 hours ‘core’ and 3.5 hours ‘resource development’.
