The training will award each participant 60 hours of Professional Development and is accredited for 60 ICF Continuous Coaching Education Units (CCEUs).

The Practitioner programme is designed to consolidate and then build on our Fundamentals programme, so you feel resourced to embody the stance, apply the principles and use the practices in your work as a coach with individuals and teams. The programme is spread over three months, in three modules.
It begins with a 4-day residential retreat in the relaxing Norfolk countryside; then, a couple of weeks later, 2 days online and finally 3 days together in London.

Departures are after lunch on Friday April 30th.
“This training offers a leap into a whole new world and is the most profound yet practical training I have experienced.”
Maggie R.
MODULE ONE VENUE
The first module is residential and held in a handcrafted venue in the beautiful Norfolk countryside near King’s Lynn, UK. A family business, it’s run to the highest design and ethical standards and provides a haven where you can connect with yourself, the systemic approach, other group members and nature.
This group has exclusive use of the workshop spaces and all bedrooms, ensuring privacy and seclusion to refresh and develop your professional practice.
With all en-suite and single-occupancy bedrooms, freshwater lake and walks through the acres of gardens there are also opportunities to relax and restore in nature.
This training will:
- Deepen your integration of the systemic stance, resourcing the vital inner movement from being helpful to being useful
- Build on your understanding of the organising principles of systems and how to apply them in your coaching practice
- Offer you opportunities to explore different contexts, ensuring you have a clear framework for applying the approach in your own practice
-
Nurture your inner coherence (the alignment of head, heart and gut brains), experiencing how this supports flow for you, then others
-
Support your appreciation of the wisdom of the body as an instrument and gateway to accessing the wisdom and resources of the ‘knowing field’
-
Deepen your understanding of the simple power of systemic questions in a coaching context to illuminate the hidden dynamics within the system influencing the presenting issue
- Develop your capacity to co-create systemic sentences to acknowledge what’s true, establish the systemic principle requiring attention and allow a step to better
-
Help you to work beyond the client’s story, creating new choices and possibilities for them
- Encourage you to explore the resources and loyalties in your own systems
- Expand your repertoire of ways to introduce a systemic perspective and apply the methodology, including structural constellations
- Allow you to integrate the stance, principles and practices alongside your other interventions to create even greater impact
- Support you in working at the boundary of personal and organisational systems and the relationship between them
Principles & Practices
Woven into the fabric of the learning journey will be the underpinning principles and philosophy of this unique approach
- Personal, Organisational and Systemic conscience
- Belonging and loyalty in coaching leaders and teams through change
- Understanding the importance of ‘guilt’ and ‘innocence’ in coaching
- Exploring and illuminating the hidden dynamics in relationship systems
- Identifying, articulating and releasing systemic entanglements
The learning experience will include both classical constellations and structural constellations including:
- Equilateral triangle constellations
- Three centres of intelligence constellations
- Resourcing constellations
- ‘Walking in the Field’ constellations
- Integration constellations
Feedback
This practitioner training will also include facilitator and peer feedback, guided meditations and other exercises and interventions. It will provide every participant with multiple opportunities to practise and develop their systemic coaching skills in pairs, triads, small and large group settings. As the group will explore and illuminate issues brought by the participants, many other issues and dynamics will also emerge, providing rich developmental opportunities and learning for all.
Preparation
Participants are required to read Systemic Coaching & Constellations in the 3rd edition prior to the training. Combining your reflections with your learning to date and your experience of joining, belonging in and leaving relationship systems, a written reflection is invited from each participant. During the learning journey you will have an opportunity to share your key insights and reflections with another member of the group.
“After reading this book it won’t be possible for any coach or consultant to do their job as they used to do.”
Stéphane Rubin, Coach & Trainer, Oxford Leadership Academy
“Oana carries a profound wisdom and intuition that is both inspiring and deeply practical. Her spacious, compassionate and precise stance demonstrated the power of this work in a way that was felt as much as observed.”
Colette C.
“Eileen is a fantastic facilitator. Her kindness and a deep connection to the field are always in play. A beautiful pace and her attention to each person from her stance of practice, were a wonderful modelling of the content of the course.”

THE MODULES
Module One
Refresh, resource, expand and practise
The first module, a short residential retreat, is an opportunity for you to learn, connect with others with a similar focus and re-source your personal and professional vitality. After a welcome supper on the first evening the module begins with a whole day refresh of the stance, principles and practices of the systemic coaching approach. This allows everyone to reconnect with the basics of this practical yet profound method.
Each subsequent day offers deeper insights into the application of this approach in multiple contexts. The days are designed to deepen your awareness of systemic dynamics and your capacity to make systemic coaching interventions in many different ways and settings. You will have opportunities to practise in small and larger groups, learning more about how to coach with the whole system in mind, working with the hidden dynamics.
Module Two
Connecting to the field online
The second module, two days online, invites the group to explore and experiment with ways of bringing the approach fully to life online.
The group will also have opportunities to go deeper into understanding teams from a systemic perspective and explore ways to contract and work with teams in this way.
We also explore and illuminate the many different ways we may be recruited by systems – individuals, teams and organisational – in a way that entangles us. Understanding the roots of the hidden dynamics that can seduce us and what to do about them is key to maintaining an appropriate distance, and therefore our effectiveness, when coaching.
There are many very effective ways of applying this approach to life online. This module supports group members to utilise the stance, principles and practices when working in this important area.
Module Three
The third module, three days in central London, includes opportunities to build a deeper understanding of ‘guilt’ and ‘innocence’ and how that impacts coaching and organisational behaviour change.
The module also offers an opportunity to learn further ways of applying the method and integrating the systemic approach with your existing practices and methods so you can find a place for all that you are and bring.
With more opportunities to practise in different contexts and group sizes you will feel prepared to go out into your world and apply the stance, principles and practices in your coaching, whether that is with individuals or teams.

“This learning experience has been one of the most profound I have done. It felt so safe, I learned so much and I have made friends for life. It feels like the beginning of a longer journey rather than the end of a training.”

YOUR GUIDES

Oana Tanase
Oana is a systemic coach and gifted teacher who has been a member of the Coaching Constellations teaching faculty for several years, teaching on every level of our international programmes in the UK, Romania, Canada and Estonia.
She is an artful and deeply experienced practitioner of systemic embodied facilitation who builds bridges that support an attunement between head, heart and body to enable sense making of the resonance showing up in all three centres of intelligence. She guides coaches to use that information to support the process of learning and application of the stance, principles and practices that support flow in organisational systems.
Systemic resonant language is deeply important to her as ‘words create worlds’ and then change the individual and wider system. She teaches people to shape their embodied experience into systemic questions and resonant sentences, and so ground new possibilities from the field into practical reality.
