Training in Systemic Coaching and Constellations

If you would like to integrate a practical methodology for respectfully resolving limiting dynamics in individuals, groups and teams then this  training will engage and resource you. You may be a very experienced coach or more recently started on your journey.

Coaching Constellations has been training coaches and other learning and development professionals in coaching with constellations (an external map of the clients’ internal reality) since 2009. Developed from a London, UK, base the training is now offered by members of the teaching team in France, Spain, Romania, Estonia, Australia, the US and by invitation worldwide. Building on that experience Eileen Moir has been leading our ‘Fundamentals’ training in systemic coaching and constellations in Edinburgh. Eileen also teaches regularly in London and on our international Practitioner programme.

Eileen Moir

Eileen is an executive coach and system-orientated facilitator. Prior to becoming a coach, she was an Executive Director in the NHS. In 2013 she was awarded an OBE for her work in leading change in the public sector. Based in Edinburgh, Eileen works with clients throughout the UK and Europe.
Eileen holds an MSc in Management and an Ashridge Masters in Leadership and is an Advanced Practitioner in Systemic Coaching and Facilitation having trained with Coaching Constellations and also with Ty Francis.

Eileen joined the teaching team in June 2019 and has facilitated the Coaching Constellations ‘Fundamentals’ training in Edinburgh since February 2020 as well as teaching internationally across our online programmes. Connect with Eileen on LinkedIn here.

The Book

In response to the interest in ‘Systemic Coaching and Constellations’ when it was first published in 2012, it was updated and published in 2nd edition in 2016. The fully refreshed and expanded 3rd edition was published in June 2020 and offers a comprehensive and yet very practical introduction to the stance, principles and practices of systemic coaching and constellations. It is a rich resource of exercises and practical examples of how this methodology can be applied to individuals, groups and teams. As a participant of this training you are invited to read the book to deepen your learning experience and resource your application of this applied philosophy in your professional practice.

Author and coach John Whittington facilitates on part of our annual ‘Practitioner’ training as well as offering personal development workshops using the same stance, principles and practices.
