Fundamentals Part III participants are invited to read ‘Systemic Coaching & Constellations’ before attending with a particular focus on the resonant language and the ‘secret sentences’ sections.
Who is this for?
Our in-person Fundamentals Part III is for those who have completed our Part I and Part II trainings and who would like to develop greater fluency with the resonant language that’s central to systemic coaching and constellations. Deepening a connection to the field of language found in systems enables coaches to work at depth and speed with their clients, whether individuals, teams or groups.
What is included?
In Part III the group explores the number of different ways that language is used in coaching and the particular way it is used in this ‘applied philosophy’, systemic coaching.
The training has as it’s focus the learning and practice of resonant systemic questions and sentences, exploring their sources, structure, application and benefits.
The use of language that catalyses lasting embodied change in leadership and professional development is the difference that makes the difference in this approach. The group explores the impact of personal, organisational and systemic conscience and the loyalties, emotions and language that emerge from each.
There are opportunities for participants to facilitate constellations in pairs or small groups. By facilitating constellations in this way you will be able to understand, integrate and use the language in your coaching.

Investment
Fees for this training are as follows:
- Individually funded – you are paying as a private individual, self-employed or freelance coach: $2,450 (+GST)
- Sponsored – you are attending as an in-house coach, facilitator, behavioural change or organisation consultant funded by a substantial business: $3,875 (+GST)
You are welcome to reserve a place below. Following submission of your application you will be sent a link to the Humantix page where you can make payment. Payment will secure your place as we fill all trainings on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
Continuing Professional Development
Participating in the three-day training will provide each participant with a Certificate in The Fundamentals of Systemic Coaching and Constellations Part III ‘The Language of the Field’.
The certificate also provides 18 hours of ICF accredited (CCEUs) professional development, split 13 hours ‘core’ and 5 hours ‘resource development’.
Attendance
Please do not register for this training if you cannot attend all three days. If you miss a part of the programme it disrupts your learning, the field of the group and the emergent process. Thank you for your understanding.

Oana is a gifted teacher who has been a member of the Coaching Constellations teaching faculty for six years, teaching on every level of our international in-person programmes.
